Agrinol Akvol-2 and Agrinol Akvol-2E are lubricating and cooling liquids used at the treatment of steel alloys, stainless, flameproof and high temperature steels and alloys.
The liquids are intended for the preparation of 3 – 10 % emulsions which are used at the treatment of steel alloys, stainless, flameproof and high-temperature steel and alloys during the operations of turning, drilling, milling, unfolding, thread cutting, stretching and polishing at heavy duties as well as for the treatment of aluminum alloys by cutting.

Agrinol RG is a working liquid used in the hydraulics of industrial equipment and generally intended for the usage as a (3 – 5) % aqueous emulsion in the hydraulics of shaft and mining equipment, including the underground one, at ambient temperature higher than 10 °Ñ.

Emulsifier Agrinol EKS-5 is a concentrated product which can be used as a 10 % aqueous emulsion in water with the hardness not more than 6 mg-equivalent / dm³ with 0,2 % soda ash added for greasing dies during the manufacture of concrete and ferrous-concrete products. The emulsifier facilitates the extraction of concrete and ferrous-concrete products from dies at the expense of decreasing adhesion (sticking) of products to metal.

The technological lubricants Agrinol EHP and Agrinol HP are oil concentrated products which are intended for the usage as a (2 – 5) % emulsion in water with the hardness not higher than 5 mg-equivalent / dm³ on the stage of cold rolling of steel. They can also be used as a (5 – 10) % emulsion in water with the hardness not higher than 17 mg-equivalent / dm³ for the oiling of band steel before wrapping it into a roll with thermal treatment to follow.
Both products can be used at the treatment of ferrous metals by pressure or cutting.

Emulsol Agrinol OM is used in metal machining and cold-rolled structural steel.
Emulsol used as a 5 % aqueous emulsion in cold sheet rolling of structural steels, including auto leaf.
In a 5.3 % aqueous emulsion can be used in the processing of carbon and alloy steels in grinding operations, turning, drilling, etc.

Emulsol Agrinol ET-2U is a concentrate of an oil-cooling fluid, the main focus of which is the cutting and abrasive machining of cast iron, carbon and alloy steels in the form of (3 – 10) % aqueous emulsions.

KAS-1C is designed for preparation (3 – 5) % aqueous emulsions used in the processing of ferrous metal cutting and grinding. For the preparation of emulsions can be used water up to 17 mg-ekv / dm3.

Synthetic hydraulic fluid with RJ-s used in hydraulic systems of various industrial and mining equipment (hydraulic systems powered supports, conjugation of lining, etc.) in the form of (1,0 – 5) % aqueous emulsion at ambient temperatures above 10 °C.
RG-1s — to the moderates modes, RG-2s — for heavily loaded systems.
The emulsion is prepared in water hardness (up to 20 – 25 mg-ekv / dm3), including the mine water. Does not contain chlorine. Compatible with synthetic hydraulic fluids, operating in mining equipment and can be mixed with them in any proportion.
